The new client pathways will bring about new opportunities for clients with a greater range of needs in relation to their neurological condition: from truly specialist and socially-focused nursing care to expert neurorehabilitation through to self management, leisure and social opportunities.
Our pathway based services can also help to reduce the long term cost of care by enabling rehabilitation clients to live with increased independence.
