Chase Park Nursing Suite provides specialist nursing support for adults of all ages with physical disability, neurological conditions, stroke, those who are minimally conscious, people with palliative care needs, people with co-morbid physical / learning disability and other complex care needs.
Clients and their families benefit from free access to the on site Healthclub enjoying all of the associated social and wellbeing benefits associated with this vibrant and award winning facility. The service is based in a tranquil setting in Whickham, Gateshead and is ten minutes from Newcastle City Centre.
